"You can teach someone to use a hammer, but that doesn't make them a carpenter." Our 6-month, full-time diploma program equips you with the skills you need to become an industry leader with minimal turnaround time.
We teach you the technical know how, the philosophical underpinnings that support why we do things the way we do them and the interpersonal skills necessary to succeed. Technical know-how like how to layout a web page that makes people drool. Philosophical underpinnings like why Helvetica is both loved and despised by designers and who Paula Scher is and why you should care. Interpersonal Skills like pitching, time management and client relationship management. By blending traditional art with human interaction and modern applications, you’ll begin the journey to becoming the complete package: a Guru in your own right.
An ever-evolving curriculum
The digital media industry is fast-paced. To help you become a part of it, we constantly review and update our curriculum based on current industry trends. From Adobe Creative Suite to Web Standards, from kerning to CSS, when a client asks if you can do something, the answer will always be “yes.”

Each of our instructors is a digital media expert who understands what it's like to start out in this industry. We maintain a low student-to-instructor ratio, which means you get the help you need, when you need it. We also regularly bring in industry specialists (geek rock stars with a proven track record) to ensure that you get the most up-to-date instruction possible. Your success is well supported at Guru.
